Individual Training Cap

No individual dancer will pay more than $450 per month in tuition, regardless of weekly training hours.

Family Tuition Cap

Families with multiple dancers will never pay more than $500 per month in tuition after the multi-student discount has been applied.

Registration Fee

A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration.

Private Coaching

Private coaching provides personalized instruction to help dancers refine technique, prepare for performances or auditions, build confidence, and accelerate individual growth.

Private coaching sessions are scheduled based on instructor availability and must be paid in advance.


Drop-In Classes

Dance AS offers drop-in classes for dancers who would like to experience a class, supplement their current training, or attend occasionally when space is available.

While drop-in classes provide flexibility, we believe the greatest growth comes through consistent training and regular class attendance. Monthly enrollment is recommended for dancers seeking long-term development.

Drop-In Class Policies

  • Available on a space-available basis with instructor approval.
  • Advance registration is required.
  • Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Drop-in class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Participation in a drop-in class does not reserve a place in an ongoing class.

Seasonal Performance Investment

Performance experiences are an important part of the Dance AS season. These fees help support costumes, production expenses, venue costs, and each dancer's performance experience.

Winter Showcase

  • Performance Fee: $40 per dancer (due November 1)
  • Costume: To Be Determined

Spring Concert (Performance Classes)

Costume Fees (per performance class)

  • Costume Deposit: $50 (due September 1)
  • Costume Balance: $35 (due February 1)

Performance Fee

  • $40 per dancer (due April 1)

A Creative Concert

(Demi Dancers & Dance Discovery)

  • Costume Rental: $10 per dancer
  • Performance Fee: $10 per dancer

Tuition & Payment Policies

Monthly Tuition

Tuition is billed monthly based on each dancer's weekly class schedule and reserves their place in class throughout the season.

Monthly tuition supports:

  • Professional instruction
  • Curriculum planning
  • Instructor preparation
  • Performance preparation
  • A consistent, high-quality learning experience

Payment Schedule

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
  • A $15 late fee will be assessed after the 5th of the month.
  • Families enrolled in AutoPay will have all tuition and fees due on the scheduled payment date processed automatically. This includes tuition, registration fees, costume payments, and performance fees.
  • Families who are not enrolled in AutoPay are responsible for submitting all tuition and fees by their scheduled due dates. Self-pay families should refer to the Important Payment Dates guide throughout the season to ensure payments are received on time.


Discounts

We proudly offer:

  • Military Discount

Only one discount may be applied per account.

Withdrawal Policy

Written notice must be received before the 1st of the month to withdraw from classes.

Tuition for the final month remains due after notice is received.

Refund Policy

  • Private Coaching
  • Drop-In Classes
  • Costume Deposits
  • Costume Balances
  • Costume Rental Fees
  • Performance Fees
  • Any other performance-related fees
