Late or Absent

Late/Absent:

  • For safety reasons, any dancer arriving more than 15 minutes late may watch but not participate in the class.
  • Absent students can schedule a makeup class within the same month.
  • Regular attendance is crucial; absence from dance class hinders learning and progression, much like missing school.
  • If absences impact a dancer's ability to learn choreography, they may be removed from performance sections.

Student Pick Up:

  • Be punctual when picking up your child.
  • If running late, please text or call (571-406-7808) to inform us.
  • Consistent late pickups will result in additional fees:
  • First time late: A request to be on time.
  • Second time late: A reminder that instructors need to leave on time and are only responsible for their class.
  • Third time late: A late fee of $5 per minute for the first 5 minutes, plus $1 per minute thereafter, payable before the next class.
